Shipping & Returns

Smile ships its items via USPS within 1-5 days of placing the order if the item is in stock. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery on most orders. If you’re lucky, your items may arrive sooner! 

We have two shipping options, depending on the weight of the package:

• Standard Shipping, $3.95
• Priority Shipping, $7.95
• Or if your order is more than $75, shipping is free!

Making a return or exchange? Good to know:

• We don’t typically encounter issues with inventory, but in the event this happens, we’ll notify you right away.  We’ll give you the option to exchange, replace, or receive a refund for your order. Jupmode will refund any order deemed unsatisfactory to our customers.
• Smile offers free returns AND we’ll cover the return shipment of the item, too.
• Items you wish to exchange or return must be unused, unwashed, and have the original hangtags attached.
• If you prefer, you can stop by our store and make the exchange in person.
